What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is often called a "Movement Meditation." Tai Chi is slow relaxed movements to improve balance, fitness, stamina, relaxation, stress relief, relives stiffness, anxiety and much more! Tai Chi will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
